About Rebirth of Hospitality
Reviving Hospitality
Rebirth of Hospitality is more than a training program - it’s a movement rooted in purpose, transformation, and second chances.
Founded by Emily Washington, a woman whose journey through adversity shaped a powerful mission, our organization exists to empower individuals - especially those facing barriers -to build meaningful careers in the hospitality industry.
We blend hands-on education, real-world training, and a deep commitment to community. Whether through our LLC’s professional services or our nonprofit give-back initiatives, every effort is guided by one core belief: hospitality can be a gateway to healing, opportunity, and personal growth.
From starter kits for students to industry-recognized workshops, we’re equipping people not just to work - but to thrive, lead, and transform their futures.

Meet the Founder
Emily Washington – Owner, Founder & Visionary
Emily is no stranger to adversity. As a single parent who faced incarceration and mental health challenges, she struggled to find a second chance. Hospitality became her breakthrough - a space where she felt seen, valued, and empowered. What began as a job became her purpose.
Now the founder of Rebirth of Hospitality Inc., Emily holds degrees in Hospitality & Tourism and Communication, along with multiple industry certifications. She’s on a mission to help others do what she did: turn hardship into healing and purpose into a profession.
“Rebirth is more than a name - it’s a symbol of new life. It’s about growth, grounding, and embracing transformation.”
