Emily's Story
After her release, Emily secured a serving job, where she recognized her innate talent and passion for service. Driven by a desire to succeed and educate herself, she pursued higher education, earning n Associates Science in Hospitality and Tourism, an associate in communications, and various certifications in hospitality management, food service, and division management. Additionally, she holds a Second Chance Entrepreneurship certification, reinforcing her commitment to personal growth and empowerment.
Emily’s mission is to uplift others who have faced similar obstacles by providing guidance and resources in the hospitality sector. Through Rebirth of Hospitality Inc., she is dedicated to helping those marginalized by society to embrace their passions, gain proper education, and achieve sustainable income for a brighter future. Emily's journey is a powerful reminder that with determination and support, transformation is possible.

Emily has decorated and coordinated a wide range of events—including private parties, cancer awareness events, Valentine’s dinners, networking functions, and graduation celebrations. These experiences aren’t just personal milestones—they’re powerful learning opportunities for Rebirth of Hospitality participants.
Through hands-on involvement, students gain real-world skills in planning, execution, and service, while also giving back to the community.
Emily was also honored with the Employee of the Quarter Award at the nationally recognized hospitality leader Chick-fil-A—a reflection of her dedication, professionalism, and passion for the industry.
